An uptown city block has become a new steel-framed office building designed to be consistent with the historic traditions of the area with brick and pre-cast exterior detailing.

Contemporary interior design includes extensive use of curved walls, cherry millwork, structural glass floor, and natural limestone flooring in the 28,400 sf office.
An old kitchen, used in the daily production of several thousand meals for shut-ins and indigents for the Meals on Wheels Program, was abandoned and remodeled as food storage and distribution center with new loading dock.

A new state-of-the-art, 11,000 sf commercial kitchen was built, along with a delivery truck fleet staging garage.
