The structure is multistory structural steel frame and steel studs with masonry and stone veneer, designed and constructed to provide convertability of use.

The interior is organized into multiple classrooms and offices. The foyer features a unique terrazzo floor, with an inlaid multi-colored map of the world in a mercator type projection.
