The structure is cast in place concrete with exterior glass and glazing. An underground parking structure is located beneath the building.

The facility includes two restaurants, two ballrooms, six meeting rooms, theater, health club and roof top jogging track. The health club includes an indoor swimming pool on the second floor.

This project included the construction of a large commercial kitchen to serve the two restuarants and meet the needs of the conference facilities.
