The Radisson Hotel project (now the Adam's Mark) consisted of complete interior demolition and renovation of the lower ballrooms and convention spaces as well as the complete remodel of two floors of guest rooms.
The hotel was in full operation during construction.
The remodel of meeting and ballroom areas was undertaken on a room-by-room basis to maximize use of areas not under construction.
The project was completed on a very tight schedule to assure meeting and ballroom spaces were ready for the holiday season. Use of second and week-end shifts were utilized to meet the project requirements.
