 Orchard Hills Senior Apartments consisted of 88 units of senior apartment housing in Thornton, Colorado. The project consisted of 6 two story wood framed buildings, each building with an elevator, a community building and offices, and 4 detached parking garages. Site development covered 5 acres with 76,670 sf of building construction.
Due to limitations on the project tax credit financing, the overall project had to be completed in 8 months.
