This project is a mixed use residential, retail, and office space in a national historic district. It has 7 buildings, 73 senior apartments, 16 two story townhomes, 14 loft apartments, common meeting rooms and library, and office/retail space.
New 3-story, wood framed construction with brick and stone veneer follows historic design in its architecture.
Construction of apartments, as well as loft units in 2 separate structures, along with the remodel of 2 historic homes.
Required significant on and offsite development of streets and utilities, and also provided the decorative reuse of an historic artesian spring and development of a pocket park around an historic American Elm tree.
