The 300 units were given a complete rehabilitation in a 5 day sequence including: asbestos abatement, kitchen & bath cabinets, vinyl flooring, carpeting, electrical, plumbing, window replacement and painting.

Tenants returned to their units each evening.

Exterior improvements include installation of synthetic stone and painting. Site modifications include drainage and landscape improvements.

Clear communication and coordination with tenants and the owner were critical to success.
