Creekside at Parker, in Parker, Colorado started in the fall of 2002. The project consists of 201,746 saleable square feet. It is a 140 unit condominium project that features seven buildings composed of three building types. There are six different floor plans ranging is square footage from 936 to 1387 sf. The buildings are wood frame two and three story with Hardiplank siding and a cultured stone veneer. The project also features parking garages and clubhouse/recreation center with exercise room, swimming pool and hot tub. The clubhouse is adjacent to a functional detention pond which not only contributes to the drainage control plan, but incorporates landscaping and pond to provide a natural non-urban setting. The project sits adjacent to a nature walk and hiking/biking trail.
