The Courtyard at Lakewood Retirement Apartments building was originally designed and partially constructed as luxury condos. The shell was completed before the original project failed.
Working closely with the owner and design team, Casson Duncan Construction demolished the interior walls and converted the building to a retirement community.
The completed project has 124 units and 97,280 sf.
The project includes 90-car underground parking garage, commercial kitchen, dining area, multi-purpose rooms and interior landscaped courtyard.
