Columbine Village consisted of Phases III and IV of an existing, operating Senior Housing Project. Phase IV contained 12 units of "for sale" housing in one building. Phase III consisted of one three story building containing 61 units of rental housing. Both phases contained 62,681 sf of new construction and 4.77 acres of site development.

The Phase III rental units included controlled access systems, elevator, and courtyard area. The Phase IV "for sale" units offered fireplaces and carports.

All work was completed directly adjacent to the existing facility and operation of the facility was not impacted by construction. The project was completed in 2003.
