The old Denver University married student housing was demolished and refurbished into a class A apartment complex having 269 units in 9 buildings.
New electrical and mechanical systems were installed and new roof architecture was added to create an updated look.
The main building has new exterior walls that create an additional ten feet of living space. Amenities include extensive landscaping, a swimming pool and a community building.
