An addition to this center was negotiated during construction of the base contract.
Construction includes masonry load bearing walls, structural steel and joist roof structure with metal deck and built up roofing.
The 40,000 square foot project is built as a multi-tenant shopping center space (exclusive of the King Soopers, bid separately).
