The project included structural alterations and additions, installation of new glass and glazing at exterior windows, masonry restoration and repair, new utility lines, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as museum quality finishes throughout.
New and renovated uses include office, library, museum, auditorium records storage and the removal, cleaning and reinstallation of an historic mural.
All work occured while on-going operations were maintained.
