Constructed in 2003/2004, Tamarac Apartments was our second Seniors project for Hendricks Communites. The project consists of one, 40,623 sf, 3 story wood frame building containing 50 living units and a commons area. The commons area includes lounge, administrative offices, passenger elevator and kitchen. The1.5 acre site development package included 4 enlcosed parking garages, trash enclosures, retaining walls and other improvments.
