○ The project consists of 108 units of affordable rental housing, 3 story wood frame construction in 7 separate buildings. There is a separate clubhouse building and 4 separate detached garage buildings. The exteriors are “Hardiplank” siding and brick.

○ The completed project was 93,552 sf in the living units, 2636 sf in the clubhouse with 5.1 acres of site development and it required significant on and offsite development of streets and utilities. The project was completed in 2003.
