  Prairie Walk is a mixed market and attainable rate condominium project featuring 408 units located in Parker, CO near E-470 and Jordan Rd. Overall building construction consists of 650,496 sf over 21 acres of site development. All condos have 2 bedrooms and either 1 or 2 bathrooms with some units featuring a loft. The project began construction in the Spring of 2004 and is expected to complete by mid-2007. Prairie Walk is our third project for Vail developer, Frontier Communities.
Prairie Walk consists of seventeen wood-framed, three-story buildings. A clubhouse with pool is prominently located adjacent to a 4 acre park, also being built by Casson Duncan Construction. Twenty-two garages and numerous carports are spread throughout the community.
All buildings are clad with cementitious siding & cultured stone and covered with asphalt-shingle roofs. Each unit is equipped with a fireplace, slab granite countertops, and sizeable walk out balconies. Homebuyers are offered numerous finish options.
