Constructed in 2004/2005, Hampden Town Center was our third Seniors project for Hendricks Communites. The project consists of one large, 134,205sf, 3 story wood frame building containing 132 living units and common area. The commons area includes cafe, media room, lounge, salon, sunroom, administrative offices, multiple passenger elevators and library. The 3.8 acre site development package included 4 enlcosed parking garages, trash enclosures, retaining walls and other improvments.
