Dry Creek Crossing is an urban look, 248 unit luxury condominium project located in the Denver Tech Center near the Dry Creek Light Rail Station. It is the second large scale project Casson Ducnan has done for developer Mountain View Homes. The first project, completed in Sept 2004, was Creekside in Parker, Colorado.

The Dry Creek Crossing Project consists of a detached clubhouse with fitness facility, pool and spa, 4 large residential unit buildings with 2 stories of underground parking and 5 stories of high quality living space. Buildings have double loaded interior corridors and elevators.
